I am a full-time comedy writer and performer, always looking for further opportunities. I have experience of writing sketches, verses, gags, slogans, songs, stand up comedy and sitcoms. I also enjoy writing articles, humorous or not, and teaching other writers. The About Me page gives you more idea of what I do.
Sat 24 Sep 11 To any fellow writers or anyone who just wants to get on top of a big project, Jurgen Wolff has his latest "Massive Action Day" next Saturday. I'm going to get my study tidied (yes, again!). What's your project that needs a good solid kick up the backside? Wed 31 Aug 11 If you love the Edinburgh Fringe, but hate the layout of the Fringe Guide for the last two years, then please, please sign this petition, as the layout drives me nuts. I do love the addition of pictures, but see no reason why that should make it look like someone just threw all the entries in the general direction of the page without thought or effort. Go on, you know you want to... sign now. Sat 27 Aug 11 Sorry for the lack of posts - busy time in Edinburgh. Enjoying doing the show, and had a fun night out last night at the Malcolm Hardee Awards. As 2008's Malcolm Hardee Cunning Stunt Award winner, I like to support these, and invariably have a great time doing so. Pleased to see some worthy winners, and a great show, with the awards presented by Kate Copstick. For more on the night, see the report on the British Comedy Guide (and great to finally meet Mark from this site!) It's also timely to congratulate one of the performers at the awards, Pat Monahan, as he'd just been proclaimed winner of ITV's Show Me The Funny. It couldn't have happened to a nicer comic.
Sales of Lego have been rising. It's the only way many people can afford to own a house. |
